Your Role As An Assistant Director
We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. As Assistant Director, you will collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children. You will lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities.
