Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues reported from customer labs and production. - Expected to be part of the Production Tier 3 support - On. Call rotation list - Responsible to execute the SW upgrade or any specialty MOPs in the production network - Responsible to co-ordinate with Tier 2 and TAC teams to debug and root cause any production issues - Responsible for development of product requirements, feature requirements, systems and - Educate our customers on Client's new products and services both individually and in a team environment. - Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan. - Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross- functional teams from SEA and Client HQ to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in EE/ CS in engineering with 8 years of directly related experience is required.
