Supervise After School Leadership Team - The students of the leadership team may, at most times, be allowed to have time for unstructured play and study. It is the responsibility of the AC to maintain an orderly and safe environment without “horseplay,” running, wrestling, kicking, or excessive noise. The students may not be allowed on the mat without the permission of the Instructor.

Organize - **** Keep the Leadership Room clean and organized at all times.

Pre-Class Prep - Prepare students to be ready for class at least 5 minutes before their scheduled class time. “Ready” is defined as: - Uniform on and tied properly without jeans or non-“stretchy” pants under their pants - Belt on and tied properly - No socks - Used the restroom (mainly Warrior Team) - No snack crumbs or hidden toys in/on the uniform.

Snack Program - There is a list next to the parent sign-out log with the names of those students who are on the snack program. It is the coach's responsibility to assure it is followed. Due to food allergies, students may not be allowed to share snacks, candy, etc.

Oversee Activities - There will be times that require a more structured playtime. Lead the team as their coach directing them to quiet games, puzzles, or crafts. Do not allow the students to climb on chairs, desks, or on the Coach.

Sickness - If a child becomes sick while at the Academy, it is the coach's responsibility to alert the Program Director. The Program Director will call the student's parent/guardian to pick up the child.

The discipline of Students - Reinforce the existing discipline policy as needed.

LifeSkill Packets - All students in the Leadership program must complete the lifeskill packet for the rotation either at home or while at the academy.

Cell Phone or Tablet - Use Coaches The coaches are responsible for supervising and interacting with the leadership team at all times. With this in mind: - Personal use of cell phones or tablets, while “on the clock,” is prohibited. - Coaches may not allow students to use the coach's personal devices.

Students - Students may not have unsupervised time with technology (phones or tablets). - Students may not access the internet through these devices at any time. - Students may, with written permission from parents, listen to a music streaming service to songs with no vulgar or explicit language. Headphones/earbuds may not be used. - Students may watch approved shows with written permission from parents at the coach's discretion. - Students may not share technology use with other students. - Coach/Instructor may limit/remove these items from the student at any time.

This AC will be responsible for driving one of these vehicles to run one route each school day and provide safe transportation from the elementary school to our academy.

Hours of Operation - This position will be asked to work 5-6 hours a day, depending on PISD. A normal day will consist of a schedule from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm Monday through Friday. These hours will adjust on days when we offer camps due to PISD being closed.
