Job Details

Work with the engineering team and contribute to process-improvement projects per engineering guidelines. Participate in the generation of new ideas to improve existing processes, with a focus on optimizing workflow, space utilization, and material handling efficiency. Participate in lean workshops and Kaizen events, contributing to the development and implementation of lean principles within the distribution center. Assist in implementing improvements for the process that will reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction. Support manufacturing operations with regards to device failure validation, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation. Conduct time studies to measure process performance and help establish operational benchmarks for new and existing workflows. Support conducting statistical analysis of operational data and interpret test results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
