Job Description:

Must Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years with AI, defining guardrails in an AI control platform to support ongoing Gen AI efforts in the organization.
• Solid DLP experience, including defining DLP, use case development, and familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow; strong documentation skills, quick learner, and effective communicator.

Responsibilities include:

• Define guardrails in an AI control platform to support ongoing Gen AI efforts.
• Engage with business divisions to obtain use cases to protect sensitive data.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain documentation during DLP policy development.
• Adhere to change management processes during DLP policy development.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure DLP coverage.
• Understand DLP process architecture and implement policies across tools.
• Work with Information Security to monitor and respond to DLP/AI detections.
• Assist with team tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Flexibility to make changes at 8 PM ET.
• At least 5 years of related DLP experience.
• Effective communication skills with management and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving mindset, viewing obstacles as challenges to be overcome.
