Job Title: Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our behavioral health team at our Frisco, Texas location. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who values providing excellent patient care, enjoys administrative work in a clinical setting, and is eager to grow their skills through hands-on training in innovative mental health services.

Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday
• Shift 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• No travel required – this role is based solely at our Frisco office

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Verify insurance, collect copays and other payments
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and patient portal
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
• Provide front-desk administrative support to providers and clinical staff
• Maintain a positive and consistent patient experience

Specialized Training & Clinical Support Duties (Provided In-House):

• Assist with Spravato administration under physician supervision
• Support as a TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Technician
• Conduct Urine Drug Screen (UDS) collection and processing
• Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with clinical staff

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
