Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Department supporting cloud infrastructure and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer

Location: Remote in DFW (Some onsite might be required)

Pay Range: 60-65/HR W2

Terms: 3 Month contract with potential to convert full time

What's the Job?

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure cloud solutions tailored to business needs

• Implement and configure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance

• Develop automation scripts and templates for efficient resource provisioning and management

• Maintain security standards, access controls, and compliance within cloud environments

• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and security

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in architecting and implementing cloud solutions, with proficiency in Azure

• Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage

• Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation tasks

• Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks in cloud environments

• Relevant Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable
