Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Department supporting cloud infrastructure and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Azure Cloud Engineer
Location: Remote in DFW (Some onsite might be required)
Pay Range: 60-65/HR W2
Terms: 3 Month contract with potential to convert full time
What's the Job?
Design, deploy, and manage scalable Azure cloud solutions tailored to business needs
Implement and configure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
Develop automation scripts and templates for efficient resource provisioning and management
Maintain security standards, access controls, and compliance within cloud environments
Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and security
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in architecting and implementing cloud solutions, with proficiency in Azure
Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage
Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation tasks
Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks in cloud environments
Relevant Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable
