Product Vision, Strategy & Analysis. Own the end-to-end product experience for moderately complex products or features, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap development. Partner with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, UX, and Frontline to identify areas of opportunity based on customer experience and organizational OK - Rs. Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform product strategy, prioritize roadmap items, and shape innovation. Conduct financial and ROI analyses (e.g., cost-benefit, NPV) to support investment decisions and prioritization. Present ideas and influence stakeholders across the organization, including VP-level audiences. Monitor and report on product health and success metrics. Project & Program Management. Build strong cross-functional relationships to assemble planning and delivery teams.
