Requirements

Essential Functions

  • Maintain all service agreements relating to Krypton.
  • Ensure office equipment is adequately maintained and secure.
  • Contacts vendors to report service issues.
  • Answer telephone and provide caller with general information, transcribe messages, and when necessary direct callers to appropriate staff or voice mail.
  • Accept hand delivered packages and provide preliminary damage check.
  • Check-in all guests and ensure required background checks are completed prior to allowing guests to enter the facility.
  • Co-ordinate company lunches and events.
  • Assist Executive Management, and Human Resource teams while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accurate deliverables, able to take initiative, and self-manage without supervision.
Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements
  • This job operates in a professional office environment.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
