Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Wound care Home Health

Client Name & Location:
Location is at patient home, traveling to each patient 50-60 mile radius
Tyler
Waco
San Antonio
Houston
Dallas - PLLC needed

Dates & Required Availability:
1-2 days for now, then Ramping provider

Shift & Call Details:
See patients in home for about 30 min each. 4-8 patients a day

Job Details:

• Setting: Patient Home
• Patient Volume: 4-10 (range depends on distance of patients to each other)
• Required Procedures: Wound care and application of Biologic to wound
• APP Support/Supervision: Has Medical Director as CP
• EMR: Practice Fusion
• Client Requirements: MUST have knowledge of Biologics and application requirements
