We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Network Engineer specializing in internet routing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale, complex network infrastructures, with a deep understanding of IP routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and others.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in network engineering, with a strong focus on internet routing.
• Internet Architecture Knowledge: Solid understanding of internet architecture, including internet exchange points (IXPs) and transit networks.
• Network Redundancy and Disaster Recovery: Familiarity with network redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery practices specific to internet routing.
• Network Security: Experience with network security practices in internet routing, including DDoS mitigation, IP filtering, and secure routing protocols
• Independence and Communication: Capable of working with minimal guidance on complex tasks and excellent communication skills for effective interaction with leadership, peers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Flexible Working Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours changes and participating in an on-call rotation.
