Senior Director, Project Management
Our Talent and Performance Management team is on a mission to transform the associate experience by launching a brand new, fully integrated talent and performance management platform. This isn't a simple software rollout—it's a complete evolution of our people processes, designed to be delightful, efficient, data-driven, and empowering for everyone at the company.
As the Talent & Performance Management Leader, you will be at the forefront of this transformation. You'll coordinate a full-scale enterprise launch of the new platform across all our U.S. and international locations and business lines. You'll lead a high-performing team focused on the following key areas:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon hours worked.
McLean, VA: $234,000 - $267,100 for Sr. Director, Project Mgmt
Plano, TX: $212,800 - $242,800 for Sr. Director, Project Mgmt
Richmond, VA: $212,800 - $242,800 for Sr. Director, Project Mgmt
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
