Position Overview

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Dude Perfect team! In this role, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and the rest of our Executive Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive-level activities, enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a passion for sports and business excellence.This is an opportunity to work closely with a team that values teamwork, excellence, and having a ton of fun while doing it.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize staff meetings, offsites, and business meetings with precision, including agenda preparation, comprehensive note-taking, tracking key action items, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Business Acumen and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling high-volume communication with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
• Travel Coordination: Plan and organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Document Management: Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Expense Management: Track and reconcile expenses in compliance with company policies.
• Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, CFO and other Executives. Partner with HR, facilities and reception teams to ensure a positive experience for the company leadership team and guests
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices in executive support.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Quickly develop and nurture positive working relationships with department leaders and team members across the organization, as well as external stakeholders.
• Flexible & Proactive Support: Recognize that this role may require availability beyond traditional work hours, ensuring executives are always supported in critical moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-Level executives in a sports, media, or high-growth/startup industry.
• Experience supporting executives within fast-paced, high-performing management consulting organizations and/or financial services firms a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand priorities, company objectives, and key industry players.
• Highly proactive mindset - able to anticipate needs before they arise and take action accordingly.
• Exceptional time management, organization, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other relevant tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, mature, and highly discreet when handling confidential matters.
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude, thriving in a dynamic, high-growth culture.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for sports and familiarity with the industry is a plus.

• This position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas
