Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

A reputable financial services firm is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Service Administrator to support the daily operations of a growing financial planning practice. This onsite role is critical to delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients by managing service requests, facilitating account operations, and supporting the advisory team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Client Service Administrator Responsibilities

  • Manage client service requests, including account openings, money movements, and trade placements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Gather and organize client data to support financial advisors in meeting preparation
  • Handle incoming client calls and correspondence professionally
  • Run firm-wide database reports and assist with operational projects
  • Collaborate with the Client Service and Operations team to support daily workflows
  • Ensure seamless documentation of processes and procedures
  • Monitor industry trends and compliance updates within financial services
  • Provide consistent, personalized client service and maintain strong relationships

Client Service Administrator Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with PC-based systems; highly tech-savvy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude with a desire to contribute and grow
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Frisco, TX
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses is preferred
  • Familiarity with custodians, DocuSign, Calendly, and ShareFile
