The Outbound Supervisor will plan and coordinate shift activities for the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to all FC procedures and documentation. This individual will assist the Operations Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all outbound related activities.ResponsibilitiesBe a hands on leader and actively engage your team Promote a safe work environment at all timesDirect, guide, train, and coach warehouse staffManage, evaluate and report on fulfillment productivity/efficiencyPrepare work schedules and assign work as applicableEnsure all processes and policies are adhered toProactively recommend improvements to drive quality and productivityMonitor shift performance and KPIs Compile production and personnel statistics into spreadsheets or databasesMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Responsible for achieving fulfillment goals, order accuracy, and on-time shippingResponsible for maintaining inventory accuracyCommunicate and partner with other departments and vendorsApprove time in payroll systemQualifications5+ Years of Fulfillment Experience, with experience in an automated pick environment5 years leading a team in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environmentSelf-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptableContinuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen)Demonstrated experience with process improvements, KPI's & financial resultsHands-on experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (such as NetSuite)Food & Beverage facility experience is a plusBachelors' degree preferred/ HS Diploma/GED RequiredPerks & BenefitsCompetitive compensation + comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefitsUnlimited vacation policyMonthly Hungryroot credit401kCommuter benefits A working environment filled with passionate, happy, smart people!Expected Pay Range:$67,000 - $80,000Hungryroot is built on the values of being proactive, positive, and transparent in all that we do.
