• Handling calls from customers and partners, triaging, and resolving their needs
• Developing and implementing new tests to improve results
• Providing feedback to product and engineering teams
• Using our platform and systems effectively to optimize performance
• Representing the voice of the customer to understand needs, identify pain points, and inform strategic decisions
