Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support the Prototype Integration Facility (PIF). In this role, the focus is to provide leadership and support to the government regarding multiple projects designing, fabricating, and integrating hardware solutions on military platforms. The PIF is a recognized leader in rapid development and delivery of solutions to the warfighter's most urgent needs. The TPM will support project plan development, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery. Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of hardware development and integration programs for the US Army.

• Lead a diverse team of engineers/scientists/technicians in the design, analysis, planning, and execution of platform modifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with multiple team members, providing direction and oversight.
• Help to develop and execute the project plans, defining the objectives and methods of verification.
• Manage and direct project personnel to ensure project objectives and performance standards are met.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Active Secret Clearance

Required Experience

• Prior experience managing aviation and ground platform modification efforts.
• Experience meeting with customers to define requirements, review progress, review deliverables, and define future milestones.
• Recent knowledge of organizational processes, risk management, quality processes and quality management, schedule and cost control.

Desired Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI
• Experience with PIF projects
• Experience managing diverse teams
