Job Description
Program Management and Partnerships (50%):
Play a key role in developing, implementing, and expanding KFC's global social purpose programs focused on food security, opportunity, and skill building.
Research and identify potential program partners that align with our initiatives in local markets.
Create and share global best practices, guidance, and training resources with market teams.
Team up with internal and external stakeholders on governance activities, sharing best practices, and resolving challenges while collaborating across Operations, Digital, Marketing, and vendors to drive efficiencies.
Oversee budgeting and explore/test new systems as necessary.
Monitor and track performance in relation to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communications & Measurement (50%):
Design and implement communication strategies for KFC's social purpose initiatives, which will include developing content calendars and messaging frameworks.
Produce dynamic content for various platforms including social media, email, and presentations.
Support measurement initiatives by collaborating with Yum! and Corporate Communications to establish tools and processes for tracking impact and return on investment (ROI).
Create executive-level presentations and reports detailing program outcomes.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferred.
5-7 years of experience in internal/external communications, particularly within a corporate setting.
Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated project management expertise.
Experience in establishing metrics and assessing communications effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with leadership at all levels.
Self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to taking initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Skilled in managing large projects with an eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Experience in non-profit or social purpose work is an advantage.
Aptitude for influencing senior leadership and building strong relationships.
