What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 includes bonus. Ability to earn even more if maximizing bonus opportunities.

Education and Support:

• Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri
• Continuing Education

  A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

Your Role

• Guide the Development of Individualized Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Support and Supervise BCBAs and RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Partner with Families to align on goals, monitor progress, and celebrate success
• Champion Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
