Accountant Dallas based Contract Corporate Accounting experience required No Public Accounting About The Role: Perform monthly accruals, primarily related to professional services. Perform quarterly search for unrecorded liabilities. Maintain company prepaid accounting (PR and invoice approval, establish amortization schedules, respond to inquiries) Assist with various benefits accounting processes. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Payments Team) to research and promptly resolve discrepancies. Compile monthly/quarterly receivable reports and analytics. Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and management reporting. Assist internal and external auditors in testing controls, conducting walkthroughs, and implementing improvements in the control environment. Participate in special projects and complete ad hoc tasks and research. About You: 3 years corporate accounting experience CPA preferred BA/BS/BBA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience building and maintaining internal/external relationships Advanced Excel knowledge; can manipulate substantial amounts of data, pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas Experience with OPEX accounting and period-end close cycle ERP experience preference: Workday Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines Please send your MS Word Resume to ...@tivasys.com
