B-Yond is a software company supporting Telecommunication entities around the world and leading in the AI/ML space to develop AI based network automation, deliver via an open platform and enable Telcos to embrace web scale operational models as they move to 5G and Edge Cloud.

This role is all about hands-on data analytics in billing operations (official title: Business Analyst). You'll deep dive into a Connectivity Management Platform, making sure subscription and billing data stay clean, accurate, and aligned with customer contracts. Instead of paperwork or coordination, you'll be driving real insights and impact that improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency every day.

What You'll Do:

• Auditing customer accounts in Connectivity Management Platform
• Correcting and validating Salesforce subscription data
• Creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, QuickBase, Excel, SQL
• Analyzing billing trends: usage, MRC, SMS, voice
• Supporting billing ops (device orders, recurring charges, rate plan publication)

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years in a data/reporting role (telecom a strong plus)
• Strong skills in Power BI, QuickBase, Excel (advanced), SQL
• Familiarity with Salesforce data management
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
