This is a great opportunity for candidates who have 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines and possess excellent communication skills, high organizational abilities, and the capability to multitask effectively. The position of Commercial Lines Producer offers a competitive salary, as well as full benefits.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the commercial insurance sector
• Create insurance solutions tailored to meet clients' needs and requirements
• Sell commercial insurance policies to businesses
• Position Essential Job Functions:
• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Prepare and present proposals to clients

Position Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines
• Excellent communication skills
• High organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proven track record of successful sales in the insurance industry
• Active Texas P&C License
• CIC Designation Preferred
