Role Summary:

As an Enthusiastic Beverage Server, you will be pivotal in enhancing the guest experience by delivering top-notch service in a lively and engaging environment. You will serve beverages with flair, enchanting guests with your lively spirit and charm. This role requires a commitment to exceptional customer service, creativity, and the ability to embody the themed experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a fun and entertaining atmosphere for guests.
• Greet patrons promptly and courteously while maintaining a vibrant persona.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with drink quality and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, ingredients, and pricing.
• Take drink orders, serve beverages, explain preparation methods, and inform guests of specials.
• Verify customer identification and responsibly manage excessive drinking.
• Record orders and process payments accurately.
• Adhere to personal health and sanitation standards.
• Review procedures to enhance service, safety, and performance.

Additional Duties:

• Provide necessary information to supervisors, team members, and guests.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain clean uniforms and promote teamwork.
• Exhibit excellent attendance, punctuality, and compliance with policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable).
• Must secure an ABLE liquor license.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable incorporating a lively persona while serving guests.
• Proficient in guest services and effective communication skills.
• Able to read, write, understand orders, handle cash, and utilize computer systems.
• Employee appearance must align with the entertainment theme; costumes will be provided and must be adhered to.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a restaurant/bar/casino setting.
• Adaptability to moderate to high noise levels and environments with smoke exposure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
