Description HOLT CAT, the largest Caterpillar heavy equipment dealership in the United States, is hiring a full-time Parts Warehouse Clerk at our Anna, Texas location, situated at 451 E. Outer Loop Road, Anna, TX 75409. This position is responsible for communicating with customers and employees in a positive, caring manner to enhance customer relations while maintaining accurate, efficient processing of all parts transactions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:

• This position requires a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person with good phone and people skills.
• Minimum 2 years customers service experience required. Previous cashier experience preferred.
• GED or High School diploma preferred.
• Must be proficient with computers. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be available to work 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
• Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to perform cash and credit card transactions and related account balancing and supporting paperwork.
• Must be highly organized and excellent attention to detail.
• Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
• Must self-motivated with a high commitment completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
