Position Summary The Guest Service Agent (GSA) is the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing friendly, professional service from check-in to check-out. This role includes welcoming guests, handling reservations and payments, assisting with inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth stay.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
Process reservations, payments, and balance daily reports accurately.
Provide hotel information, directions, and local recommendations.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance.
Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness and security.
Support breakfast service, transportation arrangements, and guest reward programs as needed.
Requirements
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to assist other departments when required
