Job Details

Duties: Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development efforts. Analyze existing processes and systems and engage appropriate product teams to make recommendations for improvements. Identify and leverage user data, behavioral analytics, and key performance metrics, industry trends, and varying forms of customer and advisor feedback to craft designs and build the product roadmap. Define features and communicate requirements to engineering in clearly written documentation. Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment. Gather requirements to write user stories and specify acceptance criteria. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, test plans and scripts.
