Description:

The Records Manager serves as the custodian of physical and digital records for the Sheriff's Office. The Records Manager will be responsible for managing, organizing, archiving, lawful disposal and managing of all physical and electronic records. The Manager will oversee managerial functions to include but not limited to hiring and managing staff in the day-to-day operation of the Records Management Unit and will establish records management policies and procedures for managing, storing, protection, archiving and proper destruction. Examples of Duties Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure the safekeeping and integrity of office records and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, ensures regulatory compliance with public information requests. Directs and manages records personnel to ensure goals, objectives and daily tasks are completed.
