Job Details

Drive engineering strategy for network infrastructure, including both on-premises and cloud-based solutions, to support the Consumer Line of Business. Lead the design, implementation, and management of network solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Drive end to end troubleshooting of network performance issues. Analyze upcoming network changes and ensure communication of relevant impacts to stakeholders. Enhance reliability and quality, and reduce time to resolve issues in network incidents. Implement continuous process improvements, including policy, procedures, and network monitoring. Identify, coordinate, and implement initiatives/projects that create efficiencies and optimize network operations.
