Sigma Defense is currently seeking an Junior DevSecOps Engineer to experience the running of development, cybersecurity, and operations teams running in a SAFe agile environment. The ideal candidate will develop a personal project to implement the processes they observe on a small scale.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
• Experience in DevSecOps and/or Microsoft Azure is preferred.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

• Assist with the setup and configuration of the DAF Cw Azure MLZ, gaining hands-on experience with cloud environments in a DevSecOps and Agile methodology.
• Learn about Microsoft Azure Cloud services, Development Pipelines, Cybersecurity Practices, Operational/Mission Engagement, and Scrum Master Roles.
• Assist with CI Pipelines, PI Planning, and potentially contributing to the development of the DAF Cw Azure Environment.
• Investigate the various components of Cloud Development to contribute to improving its functionality and overall user experience.

Salary Range: $20,000 - $75,000 annually.
