What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisitions and develop relationships with key decision-makers in vertical market software businesses
- Maintain and nurture acquisition opportunities while continuing relationships with existing targets
- Communicate Harris' investment strategy and ensure professionalism in the investment process
- Support the M&A team in qualifying potential company targets and tracking activities in Salesforce
- Generate leads, set up qualified investment opportunities, and move opportunities through the M&A pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and French
- Minimum of 5+ years of related business experience in sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, M&A sourcing, or technology/software
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in entrepreneurship or start-up environments
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce
