The Pool Attendant is responsible for guest satisfaction in the pool area by providing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and neatness of pool facility. Responsible for the cleaning and disinfecting of pool equipment. Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed. Ensure all beverages, linens and towels are always clean, prepared and well stocked. Be actively engaged with our guests. Identify the needs of our guests and meet these needs, aiming to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Qualifications Prior guest service experience required, preferably in hotels. Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers, with the ability to answer guest questions and describe menu items.
