Who you are:
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably skilled in SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, and Advanced PDF customization
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across departments
- Experience supporting order-based, manufacturing, or project-based businesses preferred
- Curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and energized by solving complex data and system challenges
- Manage, configure, and maintain NetSuite ERP platform, including customizing modules
- Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Manage and optimize system integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, like Salesforce, Avalara, and Cybersource
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to drive data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Document processes, provide user support, and contribute to continuous system enhancements
