W2 Candidates

Must have: Linux engineering and Leapp

Excellent knowledge of Linux OS internals and operational OS skills.

1. Expertise in handling overall IT infrastructure scheduled maintenance.
2. Monitoring of core environment components.
3. Process adherence and efficiency in incident and problem management.
4. Excellent operational skills, troubleshooting production issues, and identifying root cause prevention.
5. Ability to connect the dots and resolve complex infrastructure issues quickly.
6. Capacity planning: Provide analysis of core and line of business infrastructure capacity to ensure sufficient capacity, availability, and resiliency.
7. Disaster recovery: Design, document, and automate core components per data center disaster recovery plans.
8. Development of core tools and automation.
9. Knowledge of Python, Shell, or Perl scripting.
10. Understanding of overall infrastructure and ability to comprehend different technologies (in-house, open source, third-party).
11. Document lessons learned and technical issue knowledge articles.
12. Provide governance and oversight to stakeholders to ensure compliance with disaster recovery policies and standards.
13. Good interpersonal skills and experience working with regional teams (AMRS, EMEA, ASIA).
14. Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
15. Background in large enterprise environments.
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
