UX Designer Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights on user needs and pain points.
• Analyze research findings to inform design decisions, creating user personas and journey maps.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaborate with team members to iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, user flows, and style guides.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, highlighting user-centered design benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design and share knowledge with the team.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in digital products.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial software products.
• Experience with AI technology.
• 5+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
