Position Summary

Manages the Hotel Finance function for UKR, including operational support, cost tracking, vendor payments, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Pre-Opening Responsibilities

• Contribute to financial requirements and IT system development for hotel-related systems.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee financial functions for the resort, including month-end close, cost reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Lead the transition of budget tracking initiatives from the Corporate Team.
• Present financial analyses to leadership, identify opportunities, and support financial planning.
• Manage direct reports and develop SOPs for financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong forecasting, analytical, and budgeting skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial planning expertise.
• Proficient in accounting principles and able to communicate financial recommendations effectively.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of finance experience, with 3+ years in hotel finance preferred.

Additional Skills

• Experience with hotel opening projects, Power BI, and IT/system implementations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
