Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Brown & Brown is seeking a Private Client Personal Lines Account Executive to join our growing team in Plano, TX.The Private Client Personal Lines Account Executive manages and develops the overall strategy of the insurance portfolios for high-net-worth clients. The individual in this position must have a deep understanding of personal insurance products tailored to affluent clients, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex and high-value assets. The Account Executive is responsible for providing accurate and responsive management on more complex accounts, while providing guidance and mentorship in a team environment. In addition, the Senior Account Manager will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.How You Will Contribute:Serves as a client advocate and primary point of contact, managing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients.Achieves new business sales goals and client retention goals as assigned by developing professional relationships and understanding of the client's core needs.Assesses clients' unique insurance needs and designs tailored coverage options for luxury homes, vehicles, jewelry, fine art, and other high-value assets.Provides personalized risk management advice, helping clients mitigate risks and avoid potential liabilities. Analyzes accounts based on risk characteristics and exposure.Handles policy renewals, endorsements, and changes in coverage, ensuring that clients' assets are always adequately protected. Strategically remarkets renewals to maintain high account retention.Prepares proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses for accurate quotations.Reviews cancellation requests, determining reasons and attempts to retain client accounts while maintaining the company's financial integrity.Quickly identifies and resolves complex client service issues.Assists clients with claims, working closely with carriers to ensure prompt and fair resolution.Negotiates terms and pricing with insurance carriers to provide clients with the best coverage options.Conducts regular portfolio reviews with clients to ensure their coverage is aligned with their changing needs and lifestyle.Stays current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks specific to high-net-worth individuals.Ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.May manage and direct the work of others.Recommends process improvements as needed.Performs other projects, duties, and tasks, as assigned.Licenses and Certifications:Texas Property and Casualty License is required and must be maintained. CPCU and/or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designations, a plus.Must have a valid driver's license, the ability to travel to client sites and a reliable source of transportation.Skills & Experience to Be Successful:High School Diploma or equivalent required.
