Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant to join our team and support our payroll processing and system optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll, including configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing in Oracle Cloud (or E-Business Suite) Payroll modules.
• Configure payroll elements such as earnings, deductions, and costing within Oracle.
• Handle payroll runs, pre-payroll audits, and post-payroll reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve payroll-related issues and support month-end and year-end activities.
• Develop and maintain payroll reports using Oracle tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support for system upgrades, patch testing, and Oracle payroll enhancements.
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and user procedures.
• Train end users and provide post-implementation support.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in Oracle Payroll processing (Cloud or EBS).
• Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax setups, and compliance.
• Experience with fast formulas, payroll costing, balance adjustments, and retro-pay calculations.
