Kantata SX Functional Consultant

Plano, Texas

Bs degree with 15 years experience working with Kantata SX / worked with other PSA/PPM/ERP tooling

Experience working with of Salesforce.com CRM and the wider Salesforce Platform

Kantata SX (Kimble PSA) administration experience

Support professional Services automation platform built natively into the Salesforce framework

Lead / embed in project team delivering both Kantata SX and professional Services process expertise. The administrative role in Kantata SX oversee the platform configuration, user access and system maintenance

Administrators handle User Management - Creating and managing user accounts. Assigning roles, permissions, and access levels

Configuration - Customizing Kantata SX to meet organizational needs. Defining workflows, approval processes, and data models

Security - Implementing security measures. Monitoring and ensuring data privacy

Maintenance - updating the system & troubleshoot issues and support

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
