Position Overview
The Principal Lean Programs Administrator serves as the internal expert responsible for driving enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role partners with business leaders to execute strategic priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer outcomes. This position builds internal capacity for transformation, reduces process inefficiencies, and ensures sustainable improvements across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management or a closely related field, certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and ten years of experience leading complex Lean Six Sigma initiatives, or any equivalent combination of experience, education or training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Advanced understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement frameworks.
* Operational knowledge across functions (e.g., finance, HR, IT, clinical or production workflows).
* Knowledge of performance measurement, KPI development, and statistical analysis.
* Skill in facilitation of executive-level workshops and Kaizen events.
* Skill in coaching and development of internal Lean talent.
* Analytical and data interpretation capabilities using tools like Minitab, Power BI, Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to conduct project management for multiple complex initiatives.
* Ability to lead strategic process improvement aligned to organizational priorities.
* Ability to influence and engage across leadership levels and functions.
* Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic consultation.
* Ability to promote Lean culture and sustain improvements organization-wide.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree and Master Black Belt (MBB) strongly preferred.
