Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific Vector projects. This includes managing assigned project resources and may oversee multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and facilitate the implementation of projects in accordance with project scope, deliverables, and goals.
  • Set expectations and hold employees accountable for assigned tasks and milestone goals.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements in the development of full-scale project plans.
  • Assemble,coordinate,and provide direction to project staff.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Communicate with clients on project deliverables, schedules, and scope of work
  • Track and report on project deliverables to management
  • Provide direction and support to project teams.
  • Maintain the highest level of quality assurance and safety.
  • Consistentlymonitorand report on progress of project to all stakeholders defining project progress,problems,and solutions.
  • Complete Project evaluations and assessment of results at project close out.
  • Significant field work and oversight in the field may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Associates Degree, Technical Diploma , or equivalent experience
  • Project management or project lead experience
  • Strong technical background in high voltage electrical maintenance, testing and commissioning.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Strong commitment to client service
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • You must hold a valid driver's license and not require high-risk insurance or have provisional driving restrictions.
