Accountable for TFB eCommerce; drives business targets through financial analysis and strategic initiatives to deliver growth and profitability, including market share across all segments. Orchestrate marketing campaigns, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to drive new business and delight existing customers. Identify and document new web requirements and enhancements to serve new purposes, improve the design, and facilitate user experience. Conduct regular reviews of KPIs and digital marketing initiatives. Also responsible for other Duties/ Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing (Required)Masters Degree or MBA in Marketing, Management preferred.
