Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of services to clients as per the Cooper Spa menu, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Educate clients about additional available treatments.
• Promote and sell retail products to enhance clients' wellness.
• Restock linens and maintain cleanliness in treatment rooms.
• Communicate effectively with the lead massage therapist regarding daily operations.

Requirements

• Current Texas massage therapy license.
• Three to five years of professional experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in various massage techniques and wet treatments.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Capable of performing all services outlined in the Cooper Spa menu.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and access treatment rooms, including climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. as necessary.
