Manages and optimizes relationships with key vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Monitors vendor performance and enforces contract terms to ensure compliance and analyzes vendor costs to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to implement strategic planning and best practices in vendor and supplier relationship management and risk management. Prepares and presents reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to leadership. Act as a liaison between internal teamssuch as Credit Strategy, Fraud Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Legaland external partners to ensure seamless solution integration and timely delivery of capabilities.
