About AllerVie Health

At AllerVie Health, our team members are unified around our mission to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health and quality of life- free from symptoms and suffering of allergies, asthma, and related immunological conditions. From our physician and clinical roles to our administrative and operational support roles and everything in between- we change lives for the better – giving people their lives, health, and vitality back in real, tangible ways. We live every day on a mission and wake up excited to tackle new challenges and provide people with healthy solutions.

Summary Of Position

AllerVie Health is seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven HR Partner to serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated region(s). This role is perfect for a motivated, operationally minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, enjoys solving people problems in real time, and takes full ownership of the employee experience.

You'll play a key role in executing HR programs, policies, and projects, and will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to solve real-time challenges. In addition to core HR operations, this role offers opportunities to support and improve cross-functional initiatives like job architecture, salary benchmarking, and HR system optimization.

We're looking for someone with a "how can I help?" attitude, who's comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying opportunities, and leaning in to support and improve HR impact.

Key Responsibilities

Regional HR Support

  • Serve as the go-to HR contact for designated regions, delivering hands-on, practical & broad HR support across all levels of the employee experience.
  • Provide responsive support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, job changes, performance processes, and leave administration.
  • Partner with leaders to reinforce and implement HR policies, practices, and tools, ensuring consistency, compliance, and clarity.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a direct resource for employee relations, including coaching leaders, documenting concerns, and resolving workplace issues aligned with policy and culture.
  • Conduct investigations, document outcomes, and ensure timely and compliant resolution of workplace matters.
  • Lead or support HR policy trainings and ensure consistent interpretation across teams.

Talent, Engagement & Culture

  • Coordinate regional onboarding for providers and staff, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions.
  • Support employee engagement activities and local culture initiatives that enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with operations leaders to drive workforce planning efforts to meet organizational goals and optimize staffing levels by clinic.

Project & Initiative Support

  • Actively support a range of HR projects such as:
    • Job architecture and leveling
    • Salary benchmarking and pay structure refinement
    • HR system and workflow optimization
  • Seek out opportunities to improve the employee experience, reduce friction, or create process improvements—owning pieces of projects from idea to execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Talent, Legal, Finance) to implement process enhancements and scalable solutions.
HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics

  • Leverage HRIS and reporting tools to generate basic workforce reports, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Maintain employee data accuracy, track compliance metrics, and support data integrity across systems.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and comfort with data, using insights to guide practical HR recommendations.

Team Collaboration & Learning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Operations) to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the success of broader People & Culture initiatives by executing on local components of system-wide programs.
  • Stay informed on best practices and healthcare HR requirements, and bring a learner's mindset to ongoing improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally in multi-site or healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated experience providing broad HR support, including policy interpretation, payroll coordination, benefits, LOA, and system navigation.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, policy interpretation, onboarding, and basic compliance.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, autonomy, and follow-through in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Comfort working with HR data and metrics—you don't need to be an analyst, but you know how to find and use data to make better decisions.
  • A partnership mindset—you collaborate effectively, support leaders with empathy and clarity, and view HR as an enabler of business success.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in clinical/provider environments.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Paycor, ADP, or UKG.
  • Exposure to project-based HR work involving compensation, systems, or workflow design.
  • Knowledge of healthcare HR regulations and multi-state employment practices.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
  • Occasional travel to healthcare facilities and employee engagement events.

When you join AllerVie Health, you become part of a purpose-driven team dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate allergy care. We recognize and value the experience, perspective, and commitment you bring to our mission. In return, we offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits that empower you to thrive. This support enables you to give your best to the patients who count on us every day.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans
  • Employer HSA contribution
  • Employer-paid Life Insurance
  • Supplemental benefit offerings
  • 401(k) Plan with employer match
