During the patient interaction, accurately gathers complete demographic information to ensure electronic health record integrity consistent with high reliability organization principles. ? To ensure a seamless visit, identifies correct network coverage and obtains and/or validates healthcare benefits and/or pre-certification for applicable tests and/or procedures. These efforts maximize reimbursement for services rendered. ? Educates patients and/or families about applicable legal, ethical, and compliance documents; ensures regulatory consents are signed by the appropriate parties. ?
