Job Details

Develop and maintain an understanding of the following:Complex tax concepts. Go. System products. Go. System development platforms. PC operating systems and user interface guidelines Define complex projects including but not limited to:State & Federal projects. Writing applicable online help. Coordinate work with other departments. Ensure and implement consistency standards. Assist in the design and development of new projects outside the core application Ensure quality products by providing the following:Test programs for technical accuracy and cosmetic appearance. Develop and maintain testing documentation books. Create program change requests, update control sheets, and resolve issues with Systems Engineers. Review and correct projects to ensure they are accurate, clear, and concise.
