Prepare and Configure Equipment:Return equipment to factory default, securely removing all previous customer data. Physically build and configure new equipment, including installing interfaces and cards as needed. Stage equipment for customer requests with the correct software, licenses, and configuration files. Logistics and Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems with the status of customer evaluation requests. Conduct semi-annual physical inventory audits.
