Must have experience in the development and execution of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials and have knowledge of the interrelationship with equipment. Understanding of material recovery facilities and material collection & sortation requirements. Desirable knowledge of evolving sustainability regulations for North America (US & Canada). Strong project management skills in developing project timelines with multiple cross-functional touch points and understanding of the concept to commercialization process. Maintain open communication and build strong relationships with internal & external teams, from suppliers to cross-functional. Ability to effectively communicate technical complexities to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. Innovative thinking.
