Join our Planning & Development Team to work on diverse projects including treatment plants, pumping stations, and pipelines for municipal and industrial clients.

This role requires a Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineer with a PE license, with experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects. You will lead project delivery, including design, permitting, and construction support, utilizing your consulting expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales: Lead proposal responses, develop strategies, review proposals, establish pricing, and negotiate contracts.
• Delivery: Oversee project estimates, develop procurement strategies, lead design and permitting activities, manage schedules, review drawings, and participate in client meetings.
• Post Delivery: Conduct lessons learned sessions and develop client follow-up strategies for warranty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field
• Minimum 15 years of municipal water and wastewater engineering experience
• PE license preferred
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and proposal skills

Physical Requirements:

Must have the ability to visit project sites, stand, walk, and lift light to medium weights. Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity are required.
