The primary responsibilities include interfacing with business areas across the enterprise to drive efficiency, solve business problems, and manage third-party spend for products and services. The role involves coordinating sourcing activities, working with suppliers to assess product and service offerings, and supporting supplier diversity objectives.

Key functions include analyzing opportunities, providing project updates, managing processes, and optimizing suppliers. The position requires managing multiple sourcing projects through cross-functional collaboration and supporting the development of sourcing strategies, including negotiations and contract management. Utilization of e-Procurement systems and conducting market research are essential.

Required Skills:

• Experience sourcing Technology and Cyber Security products—software, hardware, and services
• Experience with MSAs, RFQs, SOWs (drafting)
• 5 years in reporting, data analytics, or system administration
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Professional interaction with senior management
• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPPM) preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Management of Information Systems
